If Solazar is not right for you, here is everything you need to know about returning it.
How to return your order
Contact us
Email hello@solazar.com with your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Ship it back
We will send return instructions within 24 hours. Return shipping is free — we cover it entirely.
Get refunded
Full refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving your return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 nights of the delivery date
- In reasonable condition — we want you to actually use it and try it properly
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Return shipping costs
Unlike most brands, we cover your return shipping entirely. There is no restocking fee and no cost to you. If you are not happy, we do not think you should have to pay for it.
Example: You order Solazar for $55. You try it for 30 nights and it is not for you. You contact us, we send a prepaid return label, you send it back, and you receive a full $55 refund within 5 to 7 business days. No fees, no fuss.
How refunds are processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you confirming the refund has been approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little additional time to post it.
Damaged or defective items
If your Solazar arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately at no cost. Email us with a photo or description of the issue and we will sort it same day. The 30-night window does not apply to damaged or defective items.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, return your original order for a full refund and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned more than 30 nights after delivery
